IT Jobs में बड़ा बदलाव: GCCs में बढ़ रही Hiring, AI से लेकर Cloud तक इन Skills की Demand
भारत के IT और technology job market में इन दिनों बड़ा बदलाव देखने को मिल रहा है। Artificial Intelligence यानी AI के बढ़ते इस्तेमाल के बीच traditional IT jobs का pattern बदल रहा है। दूसरी तरफ Global Capability Centres यानी GCCs तेजी से नई technology और specialized roles के लिए talent hire कर रहे हैं।
ताजा Taggd-CII survey के अनुसार, भारत में 52 प्रतिशत GCCs FY27 में अपनी workforce बढ़ाने की योजना बना रहे हैं। यह आंकड़ा पिछले साल के 47 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा है। रिपोर्ट में करीब 1.5 लाख नए roles बनने का अनुमान भी लगाया गया है।
इसका मतलब है कि IT sector में opportunities खत्म नहीं हो रही हैं, बल्कि jobs का nature बदल रहा है। अब कंपनियां सिर्फ basic technical knowledge वाले candidates के बजाय ऐसे professionals चाहती हैं, जो technology को business जरूरतों के साथ जोड़ सकें।
क्या होते हैं GCC?
GCC यानी Global Capability Centre किसी multinational company का ऐसा specialised centre होता है, जहां technology, data, finance, research, engineering, cybersecurity और दूसरे महत्वपूर्ण काम किए जाते हैं।
भारत लंबे समय से multinational companies के लिए GCC का बड़ा hub रहा है। लेकिन अब इन centres की भूमिका केवल support services तक सीमित नहीं है। कई GCCs में AI, product development, advanced analytics, cybersecurity और engineering जैसे high-value काम भी किए जा रहे हैं।
यही वजह है कि GCCs में specialised talent की demand लगातार बढ़ रही है।
Traditional IT Jobs में क्यों आया बदलाव?
AI और automation ने technology industry के काम करने का तरीका बदल दिया है। कई routine tasks अब AI tools की मदद से तेजी से पूरे किए जा सकते हैं। इसका असर traditional entry-level और repetitive technology roles पर भी पड़ा है।
Reuters की हालिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, AI भारत के बड़े IT services sector में business models और workforce requirements को बदल रहा है। कंपनियां productivity बढ़ाने और ज्यादा specialised capabilities विकसित करने पर जोर दे रही हैं।
इसका अर्थ यह नहीं है कि IT jobs खत्म हो रही हैं। बल्कि कंपनियों की जरूरत अब ज्यादा specialised skills की तरफ बढ़ रही है।
किन Skills की Demand सबसे ज्यादा है?
GCC hiring में AI और Generative AI सबसे महत्वपूर्ण skill areas में शामिल हैं। इसके साथ Data Science, DevOps, Engineering और Full-Stack Development की भी मांग बनी हुई है। Taggd-CII survey में AI-related capabilities को hiring priorities में प्रमुख स्थान मिला है।
इसके अलावा Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering और Product Engineering जैसी skills भी महत्वपूर्ण होती जा रही हैं।
हाल ही में GCC talent trends पर आई रिपोर्टों से यह भी पता चलता है कि companies केवल AI knowledge नहीं, बल्कि technical expertise के साथ business understanding रखने वाले professionals की तलाश कर रही हैं।
Freshers के लिए क्या है अच्छी खबर?
GCC hiring का एक महत्वपूर्ण पहलू यह है कि opportunities केवल experienced professionals तक सीमित नहीं हैं।
Taggd-CII survey के अनुसार FY27 में expected GCC hiring में freshers करीब 16 प्रतिशत और 1 से 5 साल के experience वाले professionals करीब 30 प्रतिशत हिस्सा रख सकते हैं। यानी early-career candidates के लिए भी opportunities मौजूद हैं।
हालांकि fresher candidates के लिए केवल degree होना पर्याप्त नहीं हो सकता। Practical skills, projects और technology की basic understanding job search में बड़ा फायदा दे सकती है।
Job Seekers को क्या करना चाहिए?
आज के बदलते IT market में candidates को केवल एक programming language या basic computer knowledge तक सीमित नहीं रहना चाहिए।
अगर कोई student या job seeker technology sector में career बनाना चाहता है, तो उसे अपने interest के अनुसार AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering या DevOps जैसे areas में practical knowledge विकसित करनी चाहिए।
साथ ही communication, problem-solving और business understanding जैसी skills भी महत्वपूर्ण हैं। GCCs में technology का इस्तेमाल सीधे business operations और global teams के साथ जुड़ा होता है।
क्या GCCs Traditional IT Companies की जगह ले रहे हैं?
यह कहना सही नहीं होगा कि GCCs traditional IT companies को पूरी तरह replace कर रहे हैं। दोनों का business model और hiring requirement अलग है।
लेकिन मौजूदा trend यह जरूर दिखाता है कि GCCs technology talent के लिए increasingly important employment source बन रहे हैं। कई GCCs अब high-value और specialised काम भारत से करवा रहे हैं।
इस बदलाव का सबसे बड़ा असर job market की skill requirements पर पड़ रहा है।
आगे IT Jobs का Future कैसा रहेगा?
आने वाले समय में IT sector में quantity से ज्यादा quality और specialised skills महत्वपूर्ण हो सकती हैं। AI के साथ काम करने की क्षमता, data समझने की skill, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity और advanced software development जैसे क्षेत्रों में opportunities बनी रहने की संभावना है।
GCC hiring outlook भी फिलहाल सकारात्मक दिखाई दे रहा है। लेकिन कंपनियों के सामने सबसे बड़ी चुनौती सही skills वाले candidates को ढूंढना है। Survey में talent quality mismatch को प्रमुख hiring challenges में शामिल किया गया है।
